⚠️ GFX Commission Terms & Conditions
Artistic Style & Creative Freedom
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that all artwork will be created in my own artistic style and creative direction.
I do not replicate, imitate, or recreate another artist’s work. References may be provided for inspiration, but the final output will reflect my artistic judgment and design approach.
I also do not offer “simple” designs. My work is detail-oriented and created through a hand-drawn vector process. Please commission me because you genuinely appreciate my style and portfolio.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
My standard turnaround time is 3 weeks to 1 month from the date payment is received and all required information has been provided.
Every commission is manually, hand-drawn. Quality, creativity, and attention to detail will always take priority over speed.
Please do not commission me if you require immediate results or tight deadlines.
Rush Commissions
Rush commissions may be accepted depending on my availability and workload.
- Rush orders are subject to additional fees.
- Rush fees vary depending on the complexity of the project and the requested deadline.
- I reserve the right to decline any rush request.
Only commissions that have been formally agreed upon as rush orders will receive priority scheduling.
Communication & Client Conduct
Clear, respectful, and professional communication is expected throughout the commission process.
- Frequent messages asking for updates will not speed up the completion of your commission.
- Commissioning me does not guarantee daily or weekly progress updates.
- Please respect the agreed turnaround time before requesting status updates.
- Clients may not pressure, rush, or repeatedly demand completion before the agreed deadline.
- Unless a rush fee has been paid and agreed upon beforehand, all projects will follow the standard turnaround time.
- Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or changes from the client may extend the turnaround time accordingly.
I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a commission, or decline future projects from clients who are disrespectful, excessively demanding, or unwilling to respect my workflow and boundaries.
Revisions
Minor revisions are allowed within reason and must remain consistent with the original commission brief.
Major revisions, redesign requests, or significant changes after work has begun may incur additional fees.
Requests that fall outside the original scope of the project may be treated as a new commission.
Payment
- Full payment or the agreed deposit must be made before work begins.
- Remaining balances must be settled before final files are delivered.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission.

Refunds & Cancellations
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Client cancellations after work has begun are not eligible for refunds.
- If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.
AI Policy
I do not support, authorize, or consent to the use of AI-generated content in relation to my artwork.
My work may not be:
- Used to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models.
- Uploaded to AI image-generation platforms or datasets.
- Used as prompts, references, source material, or input for AI-generated artwork.
- Edited, modified, enhanced, or recreated using AI tools.
Any unauthorized AI use of my artwork is strictly prohibited.
Usage Restrictions
Commissioned artwork may not be:
- Copied, traced, replicated, or heavily referenced.
- Used as a template for future commissions with another artist.
- Provided to another artist for recreation, imitation, or redesign.
- Used to mimic, reproduce, or imitate my artistic style.
Purchasing a commission grants permission to use the final artwork for its intended purpose only. It does not grant ownership of my artistic style, methods, or creative process.
Artist Rights
I retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, promotional materials, and commission showcases unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
Clients may not claim authorship of the artwork or remove credit where credit is required.
Agreement
By submitting payment for a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Please commission me because you enjoy my work and trust my creative process. My goal is to create detailed, high-quality artwork; not rushed, simplified, or copied designs.
