Terms of Service - Skeb Art Commission

By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

1. Commission Style

Skeb style - no check-ins

• All commissions are created in a skeb format.

• Composition, pose, camera angle, color choices, and overall interpretation are entirely up to the artist.

• No progress previews, drafts, or check-ins will be provided.

⚠️ This commission style is not recommended for clients who are very particular or require strict adherence to their prompt.

2. Commission Scope

• Each commission includes a maximum of one (1) character per canvas.

• Background decoration is included unless otherwise stated.

• The level of detail and rendering style may vary depending on the artist’s judgment.

• Complex poses, effects, or heavy detailing may be simplified to maintain artistic quality and workflow.

3. Complex Designs & Additional Fees

• Characters with complex designs may require additional fees.

➡️ Examples include, but are not limited to: Hoyoverse/Kuro/Vtuber designs, heavily detailed outfits, armor, mechanical parts, or intricate accessories.

• The artist reserves the right to simplify designs or decline requests that are excessively complex.

4. Pricing

➡️ Icon - ₱300 / $15

➡️ Bust - ₱500 / $25

➡️ Full-body - ₱1500 / $60

❗All prices listed are base prices.❗

• Final pricing is determined by the artist based on complexity.

Mode of Payment: Gcash, Paypal, Local Banks.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Once a request is accepted, payment is non-refundable.

• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes are strictly prohibited.

6. Revisions & Changes.

• No revisions are included.

• Minor corrections may be made at the artist’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

• Requests for major changes after acceptance will be declined.

7. Usage Rights

• The artist retains full copyright to all artwork.

• The client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork.

• Commercial use, redistribution, resale, NFTs, AI training, or modification are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• The artist may post the completed artwork on social media, portfolios, or promotional materials.
