i know abt the putrid stuff she’s done in the manga i have the book and ik people r gonna be like “eww u selfship w tomie you know shes ___ right” or “um.. tomie did ___”
and ur absolutely right. i do NOT support those actions whatsoever. thats why in my selfship its a alternate universe. tomie is still well, tomie, but i seperate her from those horrendous actions. i adore tomie so much, but the awful actions she has done canonically i will not associate with my selfship, and im sure its understood why that is.
in my au, tomie is still her usual monstrous self, but i’ve made it so that anything controversial or problematic from her character will not be involved within my selfship or the au, so i can still love and enjoy her character without them. thank you for reading 🤍
