i am unable to refund people as i do not have a card nor an online money management website i can use because i live In the middle of fuckass nowhere . I make an effort to do all of my work and do not randomly dissapear, if i do not want to do your art i will straight up say i cant instead of taking your moneyy . i cannot accept the money myself and much rather give the money to someone who needs it and can take it !!!!!!! which will most likely be spent for living resources like food etc etc
