aside from what i’ve already written on the previous txto, i’m not really sure what else to add! i tend to make and post bots fairly quickly because of how i work on them… usually i’ll pick a few requests that catch my interest and make rough drafts for them, and then whenever i feel like working on them, i’ll go back, complete and tidy up those drafts and post them once i’m happy with them! that’s also why i tend to post bots in “batches” rather than consistently one at a time. it also helps a lot when i’m making a character i’ve already worked with, since i can reuse most of their dialogue examples and personality sections and simply tweak them to better fit the new scenario.

i also have a pretty prominent structure that i tend to follow for my bot openings, which is starting with a short hook or line meant to immediately establish the mood, followed by a brief paragraph explaining the situation. from there, i like to set up a natural starting point for the interaction, so there’s an obvious opening to jump in and start chatting with the bot! i’m sure you’ll find a pattern if you read a couple of my bots :-)

something else that helps is that i’ll try to search for synonyms as often as i can, since some words feel too repetitive for me at times. and for the details i’m not sure of, maybe you could reread it and ask yourself if the text communicates what you’re envisioning, and then add more detail depending on your answer!
