I am bodily 24. Some parts of mine are agesliders or a different age, but that don’t mean that I have the mind of a child (unless explicitly said so) or that I’m going to act any different. Alter age genuinely means NOTHING, it’s just how the part presents as.
*For Kallfü’s case, he’s an ageslider (range unlisted for personal reasons) but he’s mostly stuck at 17. Mentally he’s more “child-like”. That still doesn’t mean shit and I will provide boundaries to the people who ask but don’t treat me like I’m stupid ok? Thank youuuuu
